Your Sacrifice, Their Sustenance

Qurbani (Udhiyah) is the sacred act of sacrificing an animal — goat, sheep, cow, or camel — during Eid Al-Adha, reflecting the devotion and generosity of Prophet Ibrahim (AS).

For those able, it’s both a spiritual duty and a vital way to support the hungry.

With over 735 million people facing hunger globally (WFP, 2023), Qurbani donations offer rare access to meat, restoring dignity and bringing joy to families during Eid.

It is an important act of worship that commemorates the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham, peace be upon him) to sacrifice his son Ismail (Ishmael, peace be upon him) as an act of obedience to Allah. Before the sacrifice took place, Allah provided a ram to be sacrificed instead, symbolizing mercy and faith.

At International Waqf Fund, our Qurbani Waqf Share reflects the values and concept of the charity. However, allow patrons to reflect their obedience, and gratitude towards Allah with this scared act of worship

Your Contribution Journey

Your Sacrifice, Their Sustenance

Through the generosity of our patrons, International Waqf Fund delivers your Qurbani to those in need across our global programme network — bringing relief, dignity, and nourishment during Eid Al-Adha.

Qurbani is not only a ritual act of devotion but a lifeline for millions.

“Their meat will not reach Allah, nor will their blood, but what reaches Him is piety from you.”

(Qur’an 22:37)

By offering your sacrifice through our sustainable Waqf model, you ensure that your generosity continues to benefit vulnerable families — not just once, but year after year.

“The most beloved deeds to Allah are those that are most consistent, even if small.”
(Sahih Bukhari)

This spirit of continuity and compassion lies at the heart of our Qurbani programmes. With your support and our Waqf model, we amplify the impact — going beyond short-term aid, and investing in systems that reduce food insecurity long-term.
